Change Mood With New Restaurant Lighting Fixtures

It’s amazing what a subtle change in lighting can do in a restaurant setting. I experienced this first-hand a few months ago during a renovation project at a restaurant I’d recently purchased. Not that the original lighting was bad; it just wasn’t right for the space. So we took out most of the old and put in the new. The shift in atmosphere and ambiance created by changing a few restaurant lighting fixtures was, to put it mildly, dramatic. Gone were the bright, and far less-romantic, overhead lamps. And in their place, an entire new way of seeing the mood that was already in place… in a different light, of course.
