Interval Training: Does It Work?

Many people support that one of the Best Exercise to Lose Weight is the so-called interval training. And yes, the concept behind it is very promising. So how does it work? In this exercise, you alternate between low intensity and high intensity training. Usually, each one of these will consists of only 30 seconds at minimum and 1 ½ to 2 minutes at maximum. The result is that you can push your body beyond its normal limits. This will effectively expand your capacity. And moreover, supporters of this exercise routine claim that with interval training, you only need to do it 15 minutes per day. However, you should take note that interval training takes quite a toll on one’s body. It pushes you beyond your limits so it is not advisable for beginners.
