The Atkins Diet Plan Did Work for Me
When it comes to diets and exercise, I have tried about everything to take off this load of fat from my body. I have always had some results, but they were limited and short lived. Ever since I started the atkins diet three years ago, I have not only lost the weight, but the fat has not returned to haunt me. I am at a healthy weight and I have a lot of energy I use for some light exercise. I know that Atkins is not for everyone, but it did work for me. My chiropractor seems to feel like it has something to do with my blood type and how I am able to assimilate protein better than anything else.
